Hi everyone! I’m Sam, I’m 15 and I’m from China. I’ve passed the AEAS exam and am preparing for study in Australia. MEGA is helping me have a better transition so that I can be more comfortable when I start to study in Australia.

Because of the coronavirus, I had no choice but to have online classes but in this situation, the online class is still very fun. I really enjoy it and I’ve learnt so many things. My English has improved while I’ve studied at MEGA. I also made some friends. We’ve studied jtogether and had a cheerful time.

I’m looking forward to my high school life. I enjoy making new friends it will be a big challenge for me to study overseas. I believe that because I’ve had some experience with MEGA, I will enjoy life at high school in Australia.

Hi! My name is Thomas. I’m 16 and I’m from China. I came to Australia on the 21st of January. It has been approximately 5 months since I started studying at MEGA. I’ve been studying in the HSP course for a long time and I feel more confident after taking it. It isn’t too easy or too difficult for me and has given me some essential knowledge. I’ve learnt way to improve my English speaking.

My teacher’s name is Liza. I’ve known her since the first of school. She is very patient when students have problems. She always praises me.

I’ve also made many friends that I travel home from school with sometimes. I live with my grandparents in Burwood. I’ve had a great time at MEGA but my time will finish soon. I am going to high school at McDonald College. It’s almost time to say goodbye to my classmates and I hope I’ll stay in touch with them.

We are only 27 away from reaching our 1028 maximum student capacity. I thank our partners and students for their trust and support. We will now focus on our 12 October 2020 vocational intake.

Hi everyone,

My name is Yancie, I’m 17 years old and from China. I have been living in Australia since June last year. I’m a professional table tennis player so I came to Australia to study and play table tennis. My cousin and his family have lived in Australia for a long time. He told me that MEGA is a famous language school in Sydney and if I want to live here, I need to immerse myself in the culture and improve my English.

I’ve been studying at MEGA since October last year. I studied with a group of students from Thailand, Vietnam and other countries. We got along very well. We talked about different cultures and we shared food (but not in class time haha).

Most importantly, we have a lovely teacher, Liza. We all like her very much. She is very patient and helps students solve problems over and over again. I think of her as a friend now.

All of my table tennis partners and friends say that my English has improved very quickly. It surprised me a lot how quickly I have improved. I used to be very nervous when talking with people who speak English but I like speaking English now! I feel good about it. The HP course is suitable for my level and I can tell that I have learnt something from our class every day.

After my MEGA class, I might go to university or to another country to play table tennis. I’m not worried because now that I can speak English, I can go anywhere by myself!
