Top 2% ranked university in the world, the University of Canberra visited MEGA today for 2018 strategic discussion. To strongly support our pathway partner, MEGA will conduct monthly UC student workshops, integrate UC into MEGA’s social media marketing activities, bi-annual Canberra Day Trips, promote UC videos at our reception, have UC brochures made available at our student lounge area, etc. It’s going to be a very very busy year.

MEGA started last week. It had been a very busy week with new students. Close to 100 new English and vocational students have started with MEGA. We have spent the week for team planning for the year 2018. Like they say, “If you fail to plan, then you plan to fail!”

MEGA welcomes our newest pathway partner – The Hotel School, Southern Cross University. Our new diploma and advanced diploma of travel and tourist management courses will be able to pathway to their bachelor and masters programs. MEGA will commence our first travel tourism course from April 2017.

Congratulations to our MEGA trophy recipient, Fumiko! She started in our English course at the lowest level (Elementary). She spoke little or no English. And now she has successfully graduated our English for Academic Purposes program, equivalent to IELTS 6.5 plus. She will continue her academic pathway to University of Wollongong’s Bachelor of Nursing from Semester 1, 2018. The entire MEGA Team wishes her the very best from hereon!
